Masking symptoms with medication
You will not be masking symptoms with medications that do not target the root causes and may lead to dependency, with symptoms returning once the medication is stopped.

Overly strict or restrictive diets
I do not recommend diets that are limiting, unsustainable, or difficult to maintain long term. 
Eliminating completely gluten or dairy without a medical reason.
